I grew up north of Brookville out in the country on a small farm and ranch where my parents taught me the value of following Christ, hard work and keeping your word. My husband of 11 years Jerry and I have twin 10 year old daughters Hadlee and Jerni that keep us on our toes. Our 25 year old daughter Kylee lives in Wichita. In our spare time we enjoy the outdoors and spending time with our 2 quarter horses Blaze and Annie, 2 miniature donkeys June Bug and Rio, 1 angus heifer Alice, 1 great dane Hank, 1 golden doodle Mayzee and 1 cat Pumpkin. I graduated from Ell-Saline High School and from Bethany College in Lindsborg. My grandmother Pat Lindquist was my best friend and it is her fault that I work in senior living and love everything about it. I started my career in senior living in 2011 in sales and marketing and I love serving the seniors who paved the way for me. I am currently the Director of Giving at Salina Presbyterian Manor, a new role for me that I get to focus on building relationships with donors and volunteers. I also travel to Clay Center Presbyterian Manor and to Manor of the Plains in Dodge City. I have always loved serving our residents and staff through love, faith, charity, and other Christian principals and when Aaron Morrison told me about Rotary I did my research and I thought this is the kind of group I want to be a part of. I love getting to know people, build lasting relationships and I love learning new things to stay connected and informed on what is going on in our community and how we can help.
